The Asian Cultural Carnival is a great event that shows the rich charm of Asian civilization and the profound heritage of Chinese civilization. It also serves as a bridge and bond to enhance mutual understanding among countries and promote people-to-people exchanges.

BETTE, a subsidiary of Minghe Group, supplied a complete set of stage mechanical performance equipment for the event.

There were 9 sets of mechanical peacocks, including 1 large and 8 small ones. The large peacock had a width of 10.5m after opening its tail in the center area, and the width of other 8 sets was 9m. 

The tail of each peacock was composed of 35 peacock feathers, which were driven by a motor to slowly expand and close from the middle to the sides. It was combined with an intelligent digital servo drive system, these 9 "peacocks" could accurately simulate a series of actions of real ones, including: tail erection, opening the tail, shaking the tail feathers after opening the tail... etc., and the amplitude, frequency and time of the tail feather shaking could also be freely set according to requirement.
